- electronic dissemination of Corporate Communications, including Actionable Corporate Communications(Note 2);

| - Actionable Corporate Communications will be sent to registered Shareholders individually; and

| printed copies of Corporate Communications (with choices of languages) will be provided on request. |

Corporate Communications include but are not limited to annual reports, interim reports, notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms of the Company.

Actionable Corporate Communications mean any corporate communications from the Company that seek instructions from the Shareholders on how they wish to exercise their rights or make an election as the Shareholders. They do not include notices of meetings or proxy forms. |
Corporate Communications
Both the English and Chinese versions of the Corporate Communications of the Company are available on this website (for at least 5 years from the date of first publication) and the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) (https://www.hkexnews.hk). Upon publication of a Corporate Communication, an email notification will be sent to the Shareholders who have provided functional email addresses. If Shareholders have difficulty in gaining access to the Company's Corporate Communication electronically, the Company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (the “Branch Share Registrar”), will promptly upon request send the printed copy of the same to the Shareholders free of charge. Please note that printed copies of all the Corporate Communications despatched to the Shareholders in the past 12 months are available on request by the Shareholders.
Shareholders are encouraged to subscribe to the news alert services on this website and the website of the Stock Exchange (https://www.hkexnews.hk) to receive instant notification of publication of the future Corporate Communications of the Company.
In support of the electronic dissemination of the Corporate Communications, the Company recommends all Shareholders to provide their email address by the following means for timely receipt of the latest Corporate Communications of the Company:

| for registered Shareholders, please complete the corresponding request form, which is available under the sub-section titled “Newsroom (Information to Shareholders)” of this website, and return it to the Branch Share Registrar at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or by email to [email protected]; or

- for non-registered Shareholders whose shares are held in The Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS), please liaise with the bank(s), broker(s), custodian(s), nominee(s) or HKSCC Nominees Limited through which the shares are held.

It is the responsibility of the Shareholders to provide a functional email address. If the Company does not receive a functional email address nor a request for printed copies, only a notification letter will be sent to the Shareholders by post upon publication of a Corporate Communication, until such time that a functional email address is provided.
Actionable Corporate Communications
Actionable Corporate Communications are sent to registered Shareholders individually. If a functional email address is provided by the registered Shareholder, he or she will also receive the Actionable Corporate Communications by electronic means.
Change of means of receipt and choice of language of Corporate Communications
Shareholder who wishes to receive the Corporate Communication in printed form and/or change his/her current choice of language may complete the corresponding request form, which is available under the sub-section titled “Newsroom (Information to Shareholders)” of this website, and return it to the Branch Share Registrar via the means as mentioned above.
The instruction for printed copies of the Corporate Communications is valid until the instruction has been revoked or superseded, or until publication of the Company’s next annual report (whichever is earlier).
For registered Shareholder who needs to update his/her registered email address, please complete a request form of the latest Company’s Corporate Communication, which is available under the sub-section titled “Newsroom (Information to Shareholders)” of this website, and return it to the Branch Share Registrar via the means as mentioned above.
