* On 11th December 2025, Faulkner Global Holdings Limited ("Faulkner") and COSCO SHIPPING Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited ("CSH HK") entered into an equity transfer agreement, pursuant to which Faulkner agreed to sell and CSH HK agreed to purchase 469,344,972 shares of the Company registered under the names of Faulkner and HKSCC Nominees Limited. Faulkner remained as a registered shareholder of the Company as at 31st May 2026 as the registration of the above-mentioned transfer had not been completed.
